Novembre 26th - November 30th

Sautéed cauliflower, asparagus and toasted almond
Courgette and potato cream with crunchy iberic ham dices
Mushrooms salad with endives and sesame

Main Dishes

Veal hamburguer manually minced
Steamed hake with garlic and "San Simón" cheese
Rice in its broth with razor shells and cockles

Baked apple crumble

Candied peach and natural yogurt ice cream

Mascarpone with red berries
