As in all the Relais & Châteaux hotels, the kitchen of the restaurant is one of the great attractions. Its elegant rooms, its terrace with views to the rear of the lush garden is the ideal place to enjoy a lunch or dinner accompanied by the babbling of the water.
Our suggestive menu from the restaurant of our hotel changes each season all dishes, with the exception of those specialties of the house as the cod baked in a crust of broa, shank confit or pancakes stuffed with rice and caramelized milk.
