"Grelo"´s cream (typical Galician vegetable) with stew raviolo
Mushroom carpaccio with crispy sesame 
 Veal "empanada" (Galician dish made of pastry and filled with veal)

Main Dishes

Grilled codfish with creamy sweet potato 
Veal shank with truffle sauce
Creamy fish rice

Caramelized "filloa" filled with patry cream (Galician dessert made with pastry)
Carrot cake with nuts

Apple pie
